I couldn’t even hula hoop when I did my first class. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to do anything, but Michelle was an awesome instructor and took the intimidation right out of it!!! I can now hula hoop for at least a few seconds :):) our session was on the beach of the river and we spent about an hour learning different tricks and then putting it together for a routine at the end !!! It was SO FUN! Michelle is great teaching all abilities: keeps it challenging for those who need it and is patient for those like me who take a couple tries 🙂 I highly recommend working with Shellbellhoops for any occasion !!
